He has been active in the real estate market for over fifteen years, specializing in projects requiring in-depth financial analysis and multi-variant decision-making.

At Reforma, he is responsible for key strategic decisions: property acquisition, financing structures, development of new ventures, and investor relations.

He builds a team of professional specialists based on competence, responsibility, and high work standards.

Alicja Pińkowska

Co-creating Reforma both as a company that gives new life to properties and as a team of great professionals is a space for me where I can care for quality, safety, and social change.

By education, I am a lawyer – I completed my legal counsel apprenticeship and general mediation.

However, I have always been drawn to interiors—both human and architectural—and in 2012, I began my adventure with real estate. At Reforma, I initially created apartment designs and arrangements; currently, I ensure the architectural harmony and consistency of entire historical buildings.

Caring for properties, both from the legal and architectural-design side, gives me great satisfaction.

Privately, I am a trainer and guide in the world of building relationships and communication (NVC), which I also practice with my husband and sons.

And finally, the most important: Reforma is a woman, just like me.

We were recognized in the prestigious Forbes Diamonds 2022 plebiscite as a company with high credibility.

The National Heritage Institute honored our project at 50 Poznańska St. in the “Zabytek Zadbany 2021” (Well-Maintained Monument) competition in the category “Preservation of the historical value of a building”. This Art Nouveau period building, erected in 1903-1904, regained its former glory and serves as a beautiful showcase for the Jeżyce district.
