I like combining vision with concrete action. I leave room for creativity, but none for guessing who is supposed to do what, and why. I value clear rules, transparent communication, and accountability for the final result – from the very first idea to its final realization.

At Reforma, I am responsible for aesthetics, marketing, and sales. I ensure the consistency of our properties and brand communication, while also coordinating the cooperation of multiple teams.

It is important to me that the historical buildings we revitalize are functional and thought-out in every detail (I am the one who fusses over the details!), while simultaneously preserving their architectural authenticity. I am interested not only in how a space looks, but also in how it works, how people live in it, and what impact it has on people and its surroundings.

Co-creating Reforma gives me the opportunity to bring properties back to life, streamline complex processes, and build a team where everyone knows where we are headed together.

We were recognized in the prestigious Forbes Diamonds 2022 plebiscite as a company with high credibility.

The National Heritage Institute honored our project at 50 Poznańska St. in the “Zabytek Zadbany 2021” (Well-Maintained Monument) competition in the category “Preservation of the historical value of a building”. This Art Nouveau period building, erected in 1903-1904, regained its former glory and serves as a beautiful showcase for the Jeżyce district.
