It’s hard to find a better investment in the future

Kościuszki 71 · 73 is a historical building in the center of Poznań that opens the door to a comfortable urban life.

A location right by the Poznań University of Economics, surrounded by the Imperial Castle and Stary Browar, will always be in demand.

Properties like this are a rare find

The building at 71 · 73 Kościuszki St. was built at the turn of 1911 and 1912; however, it is not a typical Art Nouveau building. Although the architect’s name is unknown, it is clear they were inspired by new, then-fashionable forms straight from Berlin and the work of the eminent Berlin architect Albert Gessner.

Timeless location – a vibrant place, universities, cafes

We have restored the elevator to the building

Part of the building at Kościuszki 71 hides a secret… an elevator by C.Herm.Findeisen Maschinenfabrik Chemnitz-Gablenz – one of the first elevators in Poznań, and even in Poland.

The Art Nouveau elevator is working again

After months of work, formalities, and uncertainty mixed with excitement – we have obtained the occupancy permit for the elevator.

Our goal was not just to insert a new mechanism and start “some old elevator,” but to preserve the original character as faithfully as possible, respecting its form, the detail of the intricately polished glass, buttons, plates, and the spirit of the era.
